Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026. This policy explains what TurkoDigital FZCO (“SmurfRealm”) collects when you use SmurfRealm.com and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send order confirmations, deliveries and support replies.
• Order details, payment references from our payment providers and your IP address, to deliver orders and prevent fraud. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Messages you send in order chat, so we can deliver and resolve problems.
• Standard server logs and a session cookie if you sign in. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud and chargebacks, comply with UAE law, and send you service emails. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Payment providers (card and crypto processors) to take payment; our email provider to send order emails; our hosting and infrastructure providers; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for 5 years for accounting and dispute purposes. Delivered account credentials are deleted from our systems after the warranty window closes. You can ask us to delete your account and non-essential data at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion by contacting us through the contact page. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie for sign-in sessions and browser storage for your cart. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
