SmurfRealm is a marketplace: offers are published by independent sellers and by our own store. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of claimed infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Digital Services Act and equivalent laws. TurkoDigital FZCO acts as the service provider for smurfrealm.com.

How to file a takedown notice

Send a notice through the form below or by email to [email protected] with the subject line Copyright infringement notice. To be valid it must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list).
  2. The exact URL(s) on smurfrealm.com of the material you want removed.
  3. Your name, company, postal address, email and phone number.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Complete notices are actioned within 48 hours: the content is removed or disabled, the seller is notified and given a copy of the notice, and repeat infringers lose their selling privileges. Incomplete notices receive a reply asking for the missing items.

Counter-notice

A seller whose content was removed may send a counter-notice to the same address containing the removed URL(s), a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, their contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at their location, and a signature. We forward counter-notices to the original claimant and may restore the content after 10 business days unless the claimant tells us they have filed a court action.

Trademark, publisher terms and other complaints

For misuse of a brand name or logo, listings that breach a game publisher’s terms, or any other legal matter, use the contact form with the matching topic, or email [email protected]. Law-enforcement and regulatory requests should come from an official address.
