How fast is delivery?+
Codes, keys and automated items are delivered instantly after payment. Accounts and manual items are delivered in the order chat within the time shown on the listing, usually under an hour.
Do I need an account to buy?+
No. Checkout as a guest with your email. Your order link is emailed to you and you can track any order with the order number and email.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay through our card processor (3-D Secure), and USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC and 100+ other coins through our crypto processor. Crypto orders get 3% off.
Is it safe to buy game accounts?+
Account trading breaches most publishers' terms, so there is always some risk. We reduce it by selling only accounts we own and verify, and by covering you with a warranty window. Change the password and email immediately after delivery.
What if something goes wrong?+
Open your order page and use the chat or the dispute button. Problems reported inside the warranty window are refunded or replaced.
Can I sell on SmurfRealm?+
